Jim Kielbaso, Director of the program. Jim was hired directly by the University of Michigan Football Program to prepare its own graduating seniors for the NFL Combine and Pro Day — the first time a Power 5 program brought in an outside coach for this work. You train with Jim every day, not occasionally, and not through an assistant.

Athletes have run 40-yard dash improvements of two to three tenths of a second between Day 1 of the program and their Pro Day.
